“I made this work during the 14 years I was Incarcerated in Federal Prison. I began to collage, collecting magazines from all over the prison. At times running low, I put the word out on the compound and everyone from friends to strangers, mafia and gang members would find me and share their magazines and books with me. I used nail clippers and tweezers, and used prison toothpaste as glue. I determined to my art and keep it with me until I left as a free man.”   — Brother Bob

Brother Bob: Art from the Inside is a story of unyielding positivity, hope, kindness, and compassion. It is how one man found ways to help all those around him, and what it means to be one of the two million plus people who are incarcerated in the United States.
